David Sparano

David Sparano is an experienced leader in retail operations, currently serving as District Director at Sprouts Farmers Market since April 2011, where oversight includes the management of 12 locations in the Arizona Region with full P&L responsibility. Prior roles at Sprouts included Director of Facilities Engineering, responsible for facilities operations for over 350 locations nationally, and Departmental Operations Director for Deli & Bakery. With a background spanning over two decades, previous positions include Regional Coach at Henry's Farmers Market and Store Director at Rite Aid and Smith's Food & Drug. David Sparano holds a BS in Management and Marketing from UNLV Lee Business School and is currently enrolled in the Food Industry Executive Program at USC Marshall School of Business.
