Michael MacAluso

Michael Macaluso, CPCM, currently serves as the Director of Contracts and Director of Capture Management at Spectrum Comm Inc since April 2018. Previously, Michael held the position of Sr. Contract Administrator at Goldbelt Hawk LLC where responsibilities included developing and managing competitive pricing processes and overseeing cost proposals throughout the bidding lifecycle. Michael's earlier experience includes roles as a Contracts Administrator at Serco - North America, where participation in solicitation reviews and proposal development occurred, and as an Import/Export Traffic Agent at Evergreen America, managing vessel services and documentation. Michael began a career in consulting as a Field Consultant at 7-Eleven, focusing on budget development and sales forecasting. Michael holds an MBA in Maritime, Ports, and Logistics Management from Strome College of Business and a B.S. in Sociology from Saint Joseph's University.
