Gil Cohen

Gil Cohen is a Senior Software Engineer at VAST Data since October 2022, focusing on the development of an OLAP database integrated with a state-of-the-art storage product. Previously, Gil served in various roles at SQream from December 2017 to October 2022, including Software Group Lead, Software Team Lead, and Compiler Software Engineer. Prior experience also includes a position as Core Architecture Validation Student at Intel Corporation from July 2014 to April 2016, where responsibilities included post-silicon architecture validation of Intel CPUs, test plan definition, software content implementation, lab execution, failure debug, and coverage analysis. Gil holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, earned between 2012 and 2017.
