Rob Merritt

Rob Merritt is an experienced professional in the restaurant and film production industries. Currently serving as Restaurant Manager at Square One Concepts, Inc since July 2022, Rob has also held the same position at Bottleneck Management from October 2021 to October 2022. In the film sector, Rob has been a Producer at One Last Shot Productions since February 2018 and previously with Rough Cut Films LLC from March 2016 to February 2018. Early career experiences include internships at Quriosity Productions in 2015 and The Artistic Home, where roles included Intern, Assistant Director, and Lights and Sound Coordinator from 2013 to 2014. Rob earned a Bachelor's Degree in Cinema Art + Science from Columbia College Chicago, having previously attended The University of Kansas from 2008 to 2010.
