Smit Tapiawala

Smit Tapiawala is an experienced mechanical engineer currently serving as a Senior Executive Mechanical at SRF Limited, beginning in October 2024. Prior to this role, Smit held various positions at UPL from December 2019 to October 2024, including Team Leader - Mechanical, Plant Engineer, and Graduate Engineering Trainee, focusing on mechanical maintenance. Smit also gained valuable experience as a Winter Intern and Summer Intern at Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited, where involvement included Nitro Phosphate maintenance and boiler maintenance, respectively. Smit obtained a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Dharmsinh Desai University and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Shree K J Polytechnic Bharuch. Smit completed secondary education at Bvbs Narmada Vidyalaya Bharuch.
