David F. MacHuca-Mory

David F. Machuca-Mory is a Principal Consultant at SRK Consulting, with extensive experience in geostatistics and mining consultancy. Significant projects include probabilistic spatial modeling for a gold deposit in Eastern Ecuador and detailed modeling of iron grades for a folded taconite iron deposit. Prior roles include Research Associate at McGill University, where the focus was on multiple-point and high-order spatial statistics, and various consultancy positions in Peru and Canada. David completed a PhD in Geostatistics at the University of Alberta, following a Diploma in Geostatistics from Mines Paris and a BSc in Mining Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Additionally, David contributed to education as a lecturer and teaching assistant in geostatistics and mining courses.
