Ryan Dhillon

Ryan Dhillon is an experienced professional in the fields of geoscience and brewery operations. Currently serving as an Associate at SRK Consulting since September 2022, Ryan specializes in geotechnical core logging and other related activities for mine feasibility and expansion projects in North America. As a Partner and Head of Brewery Operations at Daft Brewing, Ryan oversees business development and manufacturing operations. In addition, Ryan holds the position of Adjunct Assistant Professor at Queen's University, contributing to the Department of Geological Sciences and Geological Engineering. Previously, Ryan led field exploration efforts for Angus Gold Inc. and conducted a feasibility study for Haven Terroir Services, utilizing drone technology in agriculture. A recipient of the “Sir William E. Logan Gold Medal” in 2018, Ryan's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Geochemistry and Basin Analysis from Queen's University and a Master's in Sedimentology from Baylor University.
