Geoffrey Palmer

Geoffrey Palmer is an experienced marketing and inventory management professional with a strong background in the steel and industrial gas industries. Currently serving as Marketing Manager at SSAB since February 2013, Geoffrey focuses on understanding end markets and analyzing industry data for trends. Since April 2010, Geoffrey has also been the Corporate Inventory Manager at TMK IPSCO, where responsibilities include creating inventory policies and developing key performance indicators. Previous roles include Marine Claims Manager and International Sales Representative at ArcelorMittal, as well as Account Manager positions at Praxair and Ispat/Inland Steel. Geoffrey began a career in sales at Sherwin Williams, progressing from Assistant Manager to Industrial Maintenance Sales Representative. Geoffrey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Baylor University, earned in 1995.
