Henk de Pater

Henk de Pater is the founder and owner of dP Project Management, Consultancy & Engineering, established in March 2015, which provides expertise in offshore and onshore wind, high voltage grid, infrastructure, and energy projects. Henk has over 20 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Fabrication Lead for multiple offshore wind projects under SSE Renewables, including Berwick Bank, Seagreen 1A, and Arklow Bank. Additionally, Henk holds positions as an arbitrator for the Dutch Arbitration Institute and the London International Court of Arbitration, and as a senior consultant at BLIX Consultancy. Henk has also been involved in mentoring for the Bosnia & Herzegovina Futures Foundation and has contributed to major offshore wind initiatives in collaboration with Northland Power Inc. and other industry leaders. Henk's educational background includes a Master's degree in Business in Energy Systems from Delft University of Technology and several specialized courses in contracts law and industrial safety.
