Deanna Baker

Deanna Baker, PT, MPT, CCI, serves as the Director of Rehabilitation at SSM Health Rehabilitation Network since November 2022, after previously holding the position of Rehab Therapy Manager at SSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital from December 2015 to November 2022, where Deanna was the Clinical Lead for the Cardiac Recovery Program and co-lead of the ReVital Cancer program. Prior experience includes working as a Therapy Coordinator and Clinical Leader at Aegis Therapies from April 2010 to December 2015, focusing on Medicare documentation auditing, and as a Staff Physical Therapist at RehabCare and Kindred Hospital Rehabilitation Services, where Deanna developed a strong interest in wound care. Deanna earned a Master's of Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Health Science from Maryville University of Saint Louis, completing the master's degree in 2006 and the bachelor's degree in 2005.
