Cheryl Herman

Cheryl Herman is an accomplished professional in the field of breast imaging, currently serving at SSM Health St. Louis since July 2021. With extensive experience, Cheryl has been a member of the Mammography Accreditation Committee for the American College of Radiology since 2002 and previously worked as an Associate Professor at Washington University in St. Louis from 2008 to 2021, focusing on clinical work and training in radiology. Past roles include Co-Director of the Breast Center at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and Breast Imager at Johns Hopkins University, both involving education and patient care in breast imaging. Cheryl's educational background includes a Medical Degree from Meharry Medical College and a Bachelor of Science from Loma Linda University, complemented by additional training at several other institutions.
