Jessica McHugh

Jessica McHugh, MPH, is an experienced epidemiologist currently serving at St. Charles County Government since April 2017, where responsibilities include reviewing documentation for public health accreditation and facilitating the strategic planning process. Previously, McHugh worked as an epidemiologist at Clay County Public Health Center, creating standard operating procedures for non-communicable disease investigations and generating reports on chronic conditions. Earlier roles include the Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention Coordinator at Hawaii State Department of Health and an epidemiological specialist focused on vaccine-preventable diseases. Academic credentials include a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, both from Saint Louis University.
