Ken Brumfield

Ken Brumfield serves as the Vice President of Quality and Organizational Excellence at ST Engineering - Mobile Aerospace Engineering (MAE) since November 2024, providing leadership and oversight for quality and training teams in maintenance operations. Prior to this role, Brumfield held various high-level positions at Allegiant, including Managing Director of MRO Operations and Managing Director of Quality, where responsibilities encompassed oversight of airframe maintenance locations and quality control processes. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Southwest Airlines, where Brumfield advanced from Quality Control Inspector to Senior Manager of Quality Control Field Services. Brumfield's career began in the United States Marine Corps as an AV-8B Harrier Mechanic, followed by positions in several aviation companies, where expertise in quality control and aircraft maintenance was developed. Brumfield holds an A & P degree in Airframe Mechanics from Rice Aviation and a diploma in General Studies from Clear Creek High School.
