Ritu Tiwary

Ritu Tiwary has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving in a Human Resources role at SJC since March 2024. Prior to this, Ritu worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Circular Materials and as a Human Resources Business Partner at Fluor Corporation, where Ritu implemented a Performance Management Tool that improved organizational performance by an average of 7%. Ritu's previous positions include providing HR support at Rio Tinto, leading the HR team at Carelon with initiatives that reduced attrition by 6%, and achieving the SPOT Award for transitioning HR processes at Moody's Corporation. Ritu began a career in HR at NTT DATA Americas, managing processes for over 3,000 employees. Ritu holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Indira School of Business Studies and completed a Connection Program in Human Resource Management at Sheridan College in 2023.
