Olga Martinez currently serves as a FedEx St. Jude Angels & Stars Gala Committee Member at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC since July 2023. With extensive experience in human resources, Olga Martinez has held several senior leadership positions, including SVP People Lead Latin America at Mondelēz International since May 2018, and various roles at Mastercard from May 2006 to May 2018, including SVP Human Resources for Latin America & Caribbean and Mergers & Acquisitions. Earlier career achievements include serving as Director of HR Latin America at Clorox International, Recruiting & Development Manager at Gillette de Venezuela, and Personnel Supervisor at Nabisco. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.
