Phil Guerini

Phil Guerini has extensive experience in the music and entertainment industries, currently serving as a Country Cares Advisory Board Member for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC since January 2017. Previously, Phil held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Jonas Group Entertainment from May 2021 to May 2024. Over a nearly 30-year tenure at The Walt Disney Company, Phil progressed through several roles, including VP of Music Strategy and General Manager of the Radio Disney Network. Additional involvement includes serving as a judge for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America 'Youth of the Year' program from 2015 to 2021 and participating in Leadership Music's Class of 2018. Phil has also contributed as a panel expert at SXSW and completed the Cable Executive Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2017, alongside earning a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Miami.
