Scott Long

Scott Long has extensive experience in compliance within the healthcare sector, currently serving as Chief Compliance Officer at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital since October 2009, where responsibilities have included managing export controls, conflict of interest, compliance investigations, and compliance audits/reviews. Previously, Scott held various compliance roles at the same institution, including Deputy Compliance Officer and Compliance Operations Administrator. Prior to this, Scott worked at Children's GMP, LLC as a Production Associate Specialist, focusing on the manufacture of biologics for Phase I Clinical Trials and ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices regulations. Scott holds a Ph.D. in Microbiology from the University of Mississippi Medical Center and has additional credentials in Export Controls and Regulatory Affairs.
