Sasmita Sahani

Sasmita Sahani is an experienced professional with a strong background in program management, research, and monitoring and evaluation in the non-profit sector. Currently serving as the Head of St. Judes for Life at St. Jude India ChildCare Centres since May 2021, Sasmita focuses on creating opportunities for childhood cancer survivors. Sasmita's previous roles include Senior Manager Programmes at RAF International, where oversight of 15 funded projects across Asia was a key responsibility, and Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at HOPE Foundation, where systems and frameworks were developed for project evaluations. With a history of working in research roles at organizations such as Magic Bus India Foundation and the Aga Khan Foundation, Sasmita has demonstrated expertise in research design, program impact assessment, and partnership development. Sasmita holds an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata, and a Post Graduate degree in Anthropology from Utkal University.
