Thomas Hutson

Thomas Hutson has over two decades of experience in supported employment services and customer relations. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Employment Services at St. Louis Arc since December 2010, Thomas specializes in work readiness assessments and job development support for individuals with disabilities. Previous roles include Medical Records Custodian at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, where strong customer service leadership and medical record management were pivotal, and Business Relations Specialist at Missouri Job Corps, focusing on marketing career training and job placement. Additionally, Thomas spent significant time at the Life Skills Foundation in supported employment and held various management positions at Dierberg's Markets, where notable contributions included the creation of a Doughnut Sales Analysis that resulted in significant savings. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Washington University and graduated from Pattonville High School.
