Kathie Holter

Kathie Holter serves as the Director of Nursing Resources at Montefiore St. Luke's Cornwall since September 1999, overseeing the tracking and analysis of performance improvement data, medication errors, falls, and restraints. Responsibilities include presenting data interpretations and comparisons to various hospital committees and the Board of Trustees, as well as collaborating with clinical leadership to formulate action plans based on findings. Additionally, Kathie held the position of Clinical Instructor for the high school CNA program at GST BOCES from September 2011 to June 2018. Kathie Holter earned a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare from the University of Phoenix (2004-2006) and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Penn State University (1981-1984).
