Dr. Mila Sprouse Edd

Dr. Mila Sprouse EdD, MSN, RN, CCRN, NE-BC is a highly experienced nursing executive currently serving as the Chief Nursing Officer for the North Puget Sound region at Providence. Prior to this role, Mila held positions as Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health and Vice President of Patient Care Services at CHI St. Luke's Health. With extensive leadership experience in critical care operations and a history of building strong relationships with stakeholders, Mila has successfully managed large critical care departments and has been instrumental in achieving recognition for clinical excellence. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership and Health Care Administration, a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership with an Emphasis in Health Care Administration, and a Master's Degree in Nursing, all from Grand Canyon University.
