Johnny Hamilton is an accomplished manager in innovation and development, currently leading a cross-functional team at Providence to create innovative learning solutions for over 120,000 caregivers. With extensive experience as a senior design and innovation consultant, Johnny has garnered numerous accolades, including a Brandon Hall Award for Best Approach to HCM Innovation and contributions to a published microlearning book. Johnny's work spans strategic partnerships and project management through roles at My Baseline Builder LLC and Ingenuiti, while also designing award-winning eLearning courses and immersive learning experiences. Educational foundations include a BA in Psychology from the University of the Pacific and a teaching credential from the Los Angeles Unified School District’s District Intern Program.
