Patricia Dugan-Adams

Patricia Dugan-Adams is a compensation professional with extensive experience in compensation management and analytics, currently serving as Manager, Compensation Projects and Insight Analytics at Providence since August 2015. At Providence, Patricia leads a team focused on developing competitive job and salary structures while overseeing strategic projects to align pay practices with organizational budgets. Previously, Patricia held various roles in compensation at Ecova and Providence Health & Services, including Principal Compensation Consultant, Senior Compensation Consultant, and Interim Compensation Manager. Patricia's career began in development and marketing at organizations such as ArtSpan and Central City Hospitality House. Educationally, Patricia holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Michigan and has attended the University of Durban, Westville. Patricia is also a certified compensation professional (CCP) and a global remuneration professional (GRP).
