Paul Soenen

Paul Soenen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and consultancy roles across various organizations. Currently leading PJS Coaching & Consulting, Paul has previously served as a Board Member and Advisor to the Board at St. Nikolaus-Hospital Eupen, where also held the position of Chief Executive Officer (a.i.). As an Executive Coach at STRAMMER and a Business Unit Director for Medtronic in the France Benelux region, Paul demonstrates a strong background in both healthcare and coaching sectors. Paul holds a Master’s degree in Law from Ghent University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Louvain School of Management.
