Sarah Heeney

Sarah Heeney is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Lead HR Business Partnering at St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne since January 2023. Previously, Sarah held the position of Head of People Operations at Darebin City Council from May 2022 to November 2022, and served as the Senior Coordinator of Human Resources at Moonee Valley City Council from March 2021 to May 2022. Sarah's earlier experience includes the role of HR/OHS Business Partner at Nillumbik Shire Council from January 2019 to March 2021, and serving as the People, Culture and Development Business Partnering Officer at City of Boroondara from June 2012 to November 2018. Sarah obtained a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Swinburne University of Technology in 2013.
