Stephanie Hawkins

Stephanie Hawkins is an experienced physiotherapist and clinical educator with a diverse clinical background in orthopaedics, plastics, paediatrics, mental health, and rehabilitation. Currently serving as a Grade 3 Physiotherapy Clinical Educator and Inpatient Orthopaedic Physiotherapist at Austin Health since March 2023, Stephanie also contributes to the Better Hip randomised controlled trial at the Centre for Health, Exercise, and Sports Medicine. In addition to clinical roles, Stephanie provides academic teaching support at the University of Melbourne and has engaged in various positions across multiple hospitals, focusing on outpatient musculoskeletal physiotherapy and research in knee and hip rehabilitation. Stephanie holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Public Health from Monash University and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from La Trobe University, and is pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Health Professions Education at The University of Western Australia.
