Taj Nasser

Taj Nasser, MD, serves as the Medical Director at Tylock-George Eye Care & LASIK Center and is a STAAR EVO ICL Surgical Trainer at STAAR Surgical, while also fulfilling the role of Refractive, Cataract, & Anterior Segment Surgeon at Mueller Vision LASIK & Cataract Eye Surgery. Previously, Taj worked in similar surgical positions at Parkhurst NuVision and completed a residency as Chief Ophthalmology Resident at Tulane University. Taj's education includes a Doctor of Medicine with Distinction from The Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University and a fellowship in Refractive, Cataract, & Anterior Segment Surgery from Parkhurst NuVision. Additionally, Taj has notable experience as a LINC Scholar, coordinator for pre-med volunteers, and Golden LEAF Scholar, demonstrating a strong commitment to medical education and leadership throughout various roles.
