Greg Rowles

Greg Rowles, LEED AP, currently serves as General Manager at STACK Infrastructure since August 2024. Prior to this role, Greg was the Managing Director of Development and Construction at American Real Estate Partners from June 2007 to August 2024. Earlier in their career, Greg held the position of Director of Construction and Project Management at AOL from 2000 to 2007, and before that, worked as a Project Manager at Holder Construction Company from May 1996 to February 2000. Greg Rowles earned a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University between 1983 and 1987.
