Anushan Ragunathan

Anushan Ragunathan is a Solutions Engineer at StackAdapt. Prior to that, they were a Search Engine Optimization Specialist at Nuit D’Été Skincare and a Technical Support Specialist at Bridgestone Americas.

Anushan has always been interested in problem-solving and helping others. Anushan started their career in customer service and quickly realized that they loved finding creative solutions to complex problems. This led their to pursue a career in web development and search engine optimization.

At Nuit D’Été Skincare, Anushan was responsible for improving the website ranking through SEO techniques such as writing articles and launching Google ads campaigns. Anushan was also responsible for mobile and cross-browser optimization, ensuring that the website was responsive on all devices. In their role as Technical Support Specialist at Bridgestone Americas, Anushan provided Tier 1 IT support to external users and resolved 50+ inquiries each month. Anushan also implemented custom HTML and Javascript code to integrate front-end widgets and optimize the website for all users.

Anushan’s experience in web development and customer service has made their an excellent Solutions Engineer at StackAdapt. In this role, they provide technical support to customers and helps them troubleshoot issues with the software. Anushan is also responsible for developing new features and enhancements for the software. Thanks to Anushan’s hard work, StackAdapt is constantly improving and providing an excellent product to its customers.

Anushan Ragunathan has a Bachelor of Science from Ryerson University in Computer Science with a Minor in Mathematics. They also have a certification from StackAdapt in Advanced Programmatic Course and another certification from LinkedIn in Google Tag Manager.
