Hans Maes

Hans Maes is a strategic project leader at Stad Antwerpen since August 2023, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles as area manager for the Kanaalkant at POM Antwerpen from June 2018 to August 2023 and project coordinator for OVAM collaborative ventures from March 2008 to May 2018. Earlier in their career, Hans Maes served as a policy officer for local administrations. Educationally, Hans Maes holds a Master’s Degree in Biology with a focus on Ecology from the University of Antwerp (2001 - 2005) and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Technology from KU Leuven (2005 - 2006).
