Vincent Byttebier

Vincent Byttebier currently holds the position of Schepen van Verkeer en Mobiliteit at Lokaal bestuur Tielt since January 2019, overseeing traffic, mobility, bicycle policy, personnel policy, and project coordination for city renewal projects. Additionally, Vincent serves as a beleidsmedewerker at Agentschap Binnenlands Bestuur since July 2014. Past experience includes roles as a scientific collaborator for CD&V-fractie Vlaams Parlement, an advisor and policy officer in various capacities for Vlaams Minister Hilde Crevits, and an assistant to the director at the Ministerie Vlaamse Gemeenschap from 2001 to 2007. Vincent also presided over JONGCD&V from 2000 to 2005 and holds a Licentiaat degree in Law from KU Leuven, having completed earlier education at Sint-Jozefscollege Tielt.
