Liz Harper

Liz Harper is an experienced public affairs professional currently serving as the Public Affairs Manager at Staffordshire County Council since September 2024. Previously, Liz held various roles at Smart Energy GB from September 2017 to September 2024, including Senior Public Affairs Manager and Policy and Public Affairs Manager. Liz's career also includes serving as the Parliamentary Affairs Manager at the Industry and Parliament Trust from September 2015 to September 2017, and as Office Manager and Parliamentary Assistant to Mike Crockart MP from January 2012 to June 2015 within the House of Commons. Earlier experience includes an internship at the Whips Office of the Liberal Democrats from September 2009 to September 2010. Liz Harper holds a Bachelor of Arts in British Politics and Legislative Studies from the University of Hull, completed in 2012, and attended Framwellgate School Durham from 2000 to 2007.
