Kaley Jones

Kaley Jones is an experienced professional in non-profit management and organizational support, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Principles of Foundational Education at Stand Together since December 2023. Previously, Kaley held the position of Resource Development and Communications Director at Serenity Recovery Connection from August 2023 to December 2023. Prior to that, Kaley worked with The Phoenix from May 2017 to August 2023, where roles included Colorado Springs Program Manager and National Engagement Officer, focusing on donor relations and fundraising. Additional experience includes positions such as Development Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Technical Assistance and Training Coordinator & Fitness Instructor at The Phoenix, as well as Banking & Insurance Solutions Senior Specialist-Member Retention at USAA, and Lead Teller at Wells Fargo. Educational qualifications consist of a Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Ashford University.
