Lerrence Chiu

Lerrence Chiu is an experienced professional currently serving as Head of Corporate Real Estate and Services for Greater China and North Asia at Standard Chartered since July 2016. In this role, Lerrence oversees a portfolio of approximately 600 facilities across 5.5 million square feet, supporting over 40,000 staff in 13 markets and 2 GBS locations. Lerrence also holds the position of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Standard Chartered (Guangzhou) Business Management Co., Ltd. since August 2020. Additionally, Lerrence serves as Membership Chair for the Hong Kong Chapter of CoreNet Global, contributing to the growth of the real estate industry and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Previous roles include Managing Partner at Hong Kong Asset Management Ltd. and various positions at Goldman Sachs, including Strategy Director and Analyst, as well as consulting at Pearl Meyer. Lerrence holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration, with a focus on Finance and Accounting from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
