Michelle Loke

Michelle Loke serves as the Global Head of Digital Adoption and Executive Director at Standard Chartered Bank, where responsibilities include driving client utilization of cash and mobile platforms. Previously, Michelle held multiple leadership roles at Citi, including Senior Vice President for Regional Commercialisation of Unsecured Lending, driving significant revenue opportunities and sales strategies. Michelle also served as Regional Vice President for Affluent Card Products at Citi, achieving recognition for launching over 60 brand playbooks and winning multiple global creative awards. Earlier career experiences include senior product roles at American Express and OCBC Bank, focusing on product management, marketing strategies, and customer engagement. Michelle holds a degree from Monash University.
