Namita Sharma

Namita Sharma is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources functions in prominent organizations. Currently serving as Head HR and Senior VP for Corporate, Commercial & Institutional Banking at Standard Chartered Bank since February 2019, Namita has previously held key roles such as Vice President of Human Resources for a contact center in Malaysia and Country Head of Human Resources at RR Donnelley Philippines, where responsibilities included managing HR functions and promoting talent management.
