Rajeev R. Srivastava is the Managing Director and CEO of Standard Chartered Securities (India) Ltd. since 2021, following a brief tenure as Head of Products and Business Development at HDFC Securities. Previously, Rajeev served as Chief Business Officer at Reliance Capital for 15 years, overseeing the P&L of retail broking and distribution businesses, with expertise in sales, customer service, product management, and business analytics. Additional experience includes roles at ICICI Bank as Regional Sales Manager and at Perfetti Van Melle as Territory Sales Manager, focusing on product launches and distribution in North India. Rajeev's educational background includes executive education at the Indian School of Business and the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, along with an MBA from Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University and a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Lucknow.
