Timm Vollbrecht

Timm Vollbrecht is an experienced professional in the asset management and real estate sectors, currently serving as the Global Head of Asset Management for Property at Standard Chartered Bank. Timm has held significant roles at Standard Chartered Bank, including Head of Business Alignment for Group Property and Head of Real Estate within the Wholesale Bank division. Prior to this, Timm worked as the Regional Director for Transaction Management and Strategy in the JAPA region at CBRE and served as a Regional Portfolio Advisor for Asia Pacific at Trammell Crow Company. Timm also held the position of Associate Director for Commercial Real Estate at Savills and started Timm's career as an Associate at MacIntosh Alliance, focusing on International Hotel Development.
