Philip Loya

Philip Loya serves as the Principal Growth Strategist at Oracle since February 2014, focusing on global product strategy for Australian and Asian clients, and acting as a subject matter expert for Oracle Health products in the region. Loya has also been the Vice President of the Medical Software Industry Association since 2017 and an Industry Representative for Standards Australia in health informatics. Prior experience includes a role as Clinical Strategist at Cerner Corporation, where significant contributions were made in clinical process optimization and electronic medication management. Loya holds a Masters in Information Systems with distinction from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin, specializing in Management Information Systems.
