Alison Aquilina

Program Manager, Canadian Innovation Initiative at Standards Council of Canada (SCC)

Alison Aquilina has extensive experience in program management and policy development, currently serving as Program Manager for the Canadian Innovation Initiative at the Standards Council of Canada since January 2017. Prior to this role, Alison was Team Leader for Policy and Research at the Information and Communications Technology Council from May 2009 to December 2016, and held the position of HR Administrator at Champlain Community Care Access Centre from July 2008 to April 2009. Alison's background also includes marketing roles, with experience as a Marketing Executive at ESE - European School of English and as a Marketing & Promotions Senior Executive at the Malta Tourism Authority. Additionally, Alison contributed as an External Collaborator for the World Tourism Organization in 2002. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Schiller International University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from John Cabot University.
