Alexey Morov

Alexey Morov is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training and development across various organizations. Currently serving as a Trainer at Stanford Health Care since June 2023, Alexey utilizes the ADDIE instructional design methodology to create effective training programs for operational teams and new hires. Previously, as a Learning and Development Manager at Community Tech Network, Alexey led a team of 20 instructors and managed multiple digital inclusion programs. In the role of Business Instructor at Zenith Prep Academy, Alexey focused on data-driven business analysis, facilitating group discussions and providing individual coaching.
