Adel Asadi

Adel Asadi, Ph.D., currently serves as a Postdoctoral Scholar at Stanford University within the Mineral-X Initiative, Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences. Previously, Adel held a Postdoctoral Scholar position at Tufts University in the Geohazards Research Lab and worked extensively as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in various courses. Adel's industry experience includes internships as a Geomechanical Engineer Intern and Mine Engineer Intern at Freeport-McMoRan, the largest mine in North America. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Tufts University, a Master of Science in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Michigan Technological University, and a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Islamic Azad University.
