Nolan Williams currently serves as an Associate Professor at Stanford University, having progressed through the ranks from Instructor to Assistant Professor since September 2014. Nolan also maintains a role at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) since July 2008, where responsibilities have included Chief Resident for Combined Neurology and Psychiatry and Chief Resident for General Neurology, focusing on enhancing communication among various staff members and advocating for resident interests. In addition to clinical duties, Nolan is a Research Fellow funded by the NIH, researching brain stimulation and disorders related to frontal-subcortical circuitry. Nolan obtained a Medical Doctor degree from MUSC and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from the College of Charleston.
