Richard B. Dasher is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology management, research, and consultancy. Currently serving as the Director of the US-Asia Technology Management Center at Stanford University and a founding partner of Global Hands-On Venture Capital, Dasher contributes to fostering innovation in the startup ecosystem.
