Fred Hetzel

Fred Hetzel is an experienced land acquisition professional currently serving as Vice President of Land Acquisition at Stanley Martin Companies since November 2009. Prior to this role, Fred Hetzel held the title of Vice President of Land Acquisition at Duball, LLC, an affiliate of Stanley Martin, from January 2008 to November 2009. Fred Hetzel also served as Director of Land Acquisition at Equity Homes from January 2003 to January 2008 and as Development Manager at Lennar from May 2001 to January 2003.
