Allison Lawrence is a highly experienced executive with a robust background at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., where Allison has held multiple leadership roles since 2007, currently serving as President of BLACK+DECKER and previously as Vice President & Chief of Staff to the CEO. In these positions, Allison has been instrumental in leading strategic initiatives and managing high-performing teams to achieve organizational goals. Additionally, Allison is a member of the Board of Directors at Stride, Inc., contributing to the mission of enhancing personalized learning. Allison holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Oklahoma State University.
