Carmelo Pawelzik

Carmelo Pawelzik currently serves as the Regional Real Estate Manager for the Americas at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., overseeing strategy and transactions for North and South America since September 2023. Previously, Carmelo was employed at Cushman & Wakefield from February 2019 to September 2023, where responsibilities included managing transactions for Fortune 500 clients and serving as a financial analyst for a Fortune 100 client, focusing on underwriting, reporting, and portfolio initiatives. Before entering the real estate sector, Carmelo taught high school mathematics at Joseph A. Foran High School and Holy Cross High School, taking on additional roles in coaching and event supervision. Carmelo holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from King's College and an MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
