Markell Pons

Markell Pons is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and human resources. Currently serving as a Talent Program Manager at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since March 2020, Markell also leads the Intern Program. Prior roles include Human Resources Specialist at the Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts and Professional Recruitment Assistant at Fox Rothschild LLP. Earlier experience includes administrative support and event coordination at the Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts, Live Nation Entertainment, and a marketing internship at The Center Club.
