Ursula Strier

Ursula Strier is an accomplished research professional with extensive experience in executive search and leadership consulting. Currently serving as Research Director at Stanton Chase since January 2019, Ursula has previously held similar roles as Research Director at Herbold Fischer Associates GmbH from March 2013 to December 2018, and as Head of Research at MC Personalmangement GmbH from 1994 to March 2013. Ursula's career also includes consulting experience at TMC The Marketing Company between July 2009 and January 2011, as well as a research position at Hofmann, Herbold & Partner from December 1992 to October 1993. Ursula holds a Magister Artium degree in History and Politics from the University of Konstanz, completed between 1983 and 1988.
