Monique van Oorschot

Monique van Oorschot possesses extensive experience in healthcare and project management, currently serving as a medewerker POCT buitendienst/innovatie and internal auditor for ISO 15189 at Star-shl since April 2017. Responsibilities include planning, executing, and maintaining point of care testing equipment while contributing to an innovation team focused on efficient patient care. Prior roles at SHL-Groep involved project leadership in R&D, where Monique led successful projects across various laboratory-ICT domains and initiated cost-effective methodologies. Earlier experience includes overseeing laboratory activities as a team leader and conducting research in experimental pathology and oncology at the Josephine Nefkens Institute. Monique holds a Prince2 certification in project management, alongside a degree as a laboratory technician and experience in clinical genetics.
